Known for their smooth, fingertip operation and enduring reliability, Centor invented the world’s first bifolding door system to meet weather-sealing standards – allowing folding doors to be used externally for the first time without compromising interiors. Patented in Australia in 1998, all Centor folding systems use this technology. Doors using our E4 system have since been approved for use by Miami-Dade County – the most rigorous hurricane standards testing regime in the world. These systems can also be used internally, where the ability to flexibly control space is equally important.

With quick-fix surface-mounted fittings, assembly and installation couldn’t be easier. Almost all Centor folding systems are available with straight or offset hinge options. The innovative offset hinge system allows for equal-sized door panels, regardless of the configuration. Comprehensive instructions are included, and drill jigs are available to ensure precise placement of fittings.

Fully adjustable

Our patented carrier pin locking system ensures that once heights are set, they stay set. 

However, should a building settle over time, vertical and lateral adjustments can be made by simply using an Allen key and a screwdriver.
